Strategic planning for success

Participants will learn how to navigate complex business environments, anticipate challenges, and make informed decisions that align with long-term objectives.

Session 3: September 9th

Foundations of leadership

Participants will gain a deep understanding of what it means to be a leader, helping them discover their personal leadership style and the fundamental qualities required to inspire, motivate, and lead teams toward success.

Analysis to action
